For MyShare members, you can go see just about any doctor you want since your healthcare advocacy will negotiate with most providers. Call the number on your card in advance to make sure.

For Atlas members, follow the instructions in the “How to Find a Provider” video under the “Videos” section of this website, and use the provider look-up link on the website.

Plans begin on the 1st of the next month, as long as you’ve completed your enrollment by the 25th of the prior month.

You can enroll at any time throughout the year. If you enroll by the 25th of the current month, you can choose to have your plan start on the 1st of next month!

No, the online enrollment form is all you will need. Be ready with things like, dates of birth, Social Security Numbers, and bank account information or a credit card.

Yes, on the Atlas plans. The MyShare plan has a 12-month pre-existing clause, but these will be covered after 12 months of continuous enrollment. If you’re interested in the MyShare plan, pay special attention to the pre-membership medical condition section of the MyShare brochure.

If you’re using a credit or debit card for your monthly premiums, the charge will occur on the 25th of the month. If you are using a bank account, the ACH draft will occur on or around the 27th of the month. Payment occurs in the month prior to the month of coverage.

No. Your coverage will auto-renew until you cancel.

If you’re on an Atlas plan, you will get cards in the mail. Look for a plain white envelope from “Tall Tree Health Administrators.” If you’re on MyShare, you will have digital ID cards only. You can always print them out at your convenience, by logging in to your member portal.

Each enrolled employee and enrolled dependent(s) will have access to virtual behavioral health consultations. These consultations are offered by master-level clinicians 24/7/365. Please note each enrolled employee and dependent is eligible for up to 3 virtual consultations per plan year.If you’re on an Atlas plan, you will get cards in the mail.
